Our first climbing training program is in full swing! This four-week long curriculum was created by industry-leading trainers to help climbers of all levels maximize their bouldering skills and power. It's designed to help you overcome plateaus in your climbing and unlock your potential in a month's time.

Every week includes three days of rigorous workouts, and each day comes with goals and instructional videos that show you how to perform every exercise--all of which can be performed on your own at your local gym with access to basic equipment.

Week #1: Bouldering/Power

Day 1 - Bouldering

Goal for the Day: Today you are going to work on your projecting in the bouldering area. The goal for this is to ensure that we are working at our limit, attempting hard movements and truly hitting this session with the mindset of wanting to complete or come closer to completion of the boulder problems that you attempt.

ROUND 1: BOULDERING PROJECTING
Give yourself about a 15-20 minute time frame to work the problem and attempt it 3-4 times with the intent to complete the climb. You are going to have one hour to focus on the projecting so make it count! After projecting you will be in the weight room for cross training specific.

ROUND 2: POWER SPECIFIC CROSS TRAINING
Weighted Pull Ups on Rings

Weighted Negatives on Rings

Count: 5-10 seconds on the negative

Dead Lift Hold

Equipment Needed: Barbell, additional weight

ROUND 3: CORE SPECIFIC | CIRCUIT TRAINING
Complete all the reps as fast as possible

Dumbbell V Ups: 50 reps



TRX Saws: 50 reps



Dumbbell Sit Ups: 50 reps
